Scheduling
To schedule your free phone consultation or contact me you may submit a request here or email us at elizabeth@collaborativekaleidoscopes.com
Cancellation Policy:
If you or your partner need to reschedule or cancel a session you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment otherwise you will be charged for the full session. This policy is meant to protect the time of all clients and maximize our ability to consistently provide focused and dedicated sessions.
Fees and Length of Sessions
Payment will be collected 24 hours before time of service.
- 60-minute Couples session – $150
- 90-minute Couples session – $225
- 40-minute Couple session with one partner – $120
Using Insurance
I currently accept the following insurance:
- Aetna
- Oscar Health
- Oxford
- UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH
If you plan on using any of these insurances we will be using a platform called Headway where you can double check your benefits and make any necessary payments.
If you would like to get started with this process you may:
- Click here to verify your insurance.
- Once you arrive at the page you may select (add insurance).
If you would like to use insurance that is not listed:
- I encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card and discuss your options.
- I can provide a superbill upon request but I cannot guarantee that insurance will cover the session.
Payment Method
If using private pay I accept all major credit cards. I utilize a billing system called Stripe that you will access through your client portal.
If going through one of the insurances listed above your payment will be collected through your Headway account.
