Initial Session - 60 Minute Session
- If you are ready to get started right away, you may request an initial session.
- Payment information is required before the session time can be confirmed.
Initial Two Hour Session (superbill provided upon request)
- The intake process may take up to two 60-minute sessions. If you’re eager to jumpstart the therapy process and dive right into the work, this is a great option for you.
- While the two hour intake session is not covered by insurance, you will have the option to use your insurance for future 50-minute sessions. A superbill can also be provided for this service upon request.
- Payment information must be provided before your session time can be confirmed.
- If you don’t see a time that works for you, feel free to email and inquire about additional availability.
Free Initial 15-Minute Phone Consult
- If you’re interested in learning more about my approach and what to expect in the first few sessions, this is a great option and it is free to book.
- As a Reminder:
- I currently only offer sessions Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm (latest session starting at 4pm) and it is preferred if you and your partner can be in the same location at the time of sessions.
- If wanting to utilize insurance for Georgia residents I currently accept: Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Oscar Health, and Oxford. For Florida residents I currently accept: Aetna and Cigna.
Gottman Relationship Check-up & Evaluation Session: 90 minutes (superbill provided upon request)
- This comprehensive assessment offers both you and me a clear snapshot of your relationship’s strengths and challenges, serving as a roadmap for an effective treatment plan
- It streamlines the intake process or can function as a powerful stand-alone intervention, offering insight into areas of strength and those needing more attention.
- You’ll get a preview of what couples counseling with me looks like, and you’ll leave with meaningful insights and practical tools to begin improving your relationship right away.
- I dedicate 90 minutes before our session to reviewing your assessment results and preparing a personalized report, along with tools tailored to your relationship.
- The cost of the assessment is already included in the session fee.
